
This two-hour class provides the foundational information and physical understanding to begin practicing yoga safely and with confidence.
Students will work through beginning poses and learn about safe postural alignment, movement transitions and effective breathing techniques. Come explore how to maximize fhe benefits of yoga to gain greater physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Students will leave this workshop with handouts to continue practicing the poses learned at home, and can ease into classes on our schedule. This is perfect for those just beginning on their yoga journey or for students who wish to refine their practice.
