Just starting a practice? Looking to revisit the Fun-damentals of the Practice of Yoga? Learn & practice breath work, meditation, poses/asana (including pose alignment, guidelines, options, alternatives) and more~ This class is geared toward students who are:
- Wanting to try yoga for the first time and/or have just begun to practice
- Wanting to learn more about asana alignment
- Looking to re-start a practice~
- Looking for a practice where you’re able to ask questions?
Each week we’ll explore and break down yoga poses from different pose categories. Practices begin with a short seated meditation, breath work and “Awakening Sequences” — followed by ‘how-to’ instruction on pose set up / pose transitions with alignment suggestions, modifications and guidance that are unique to and best for you! Feel confident.
Every practice concludes with Savasana~
