Our Fundamentals series with Alyson & Heather is perfect for students who are new to yoga or those who wish to refine their practice. We begin with an Introduction To Yoga Class which covers a brief history of yoga, basic breath techniques, alignment, grounding & beginning postures.
The following three sessions will focus on moving through a variety of yoga postures and transitional movements to safely and effectively build your practice. Our final week concludes with an Introduction to Vinyasa Flow where we’ll sequence movements together. Each class includes handouts to build your practice at home.
