Join Heather on Thanksgiving morning for an All Levels Flow focused on Gratitude. This fun, creative flow will integrate pranayama throughout to become a moving meditation. The practice will be a mindful sequence of movements to help build stamina, increase physical strength and flexibility. The repetition of the flow sequence helps improve concentration – balancing body, mind and spirit. This class will include pranayama (breathing), asana (physical postures), and dharana (concentration), and will end with a mini meditation before a lengthy and peaceful Savasana (relaxation) to prepare you for a day filled with the blessings of family, friends and a hearty meal prepared with love.
