This 10-week series is designed for all: beginners, those who have only been practicing for a short time or those who haven’t practiced in years who want to refresh basic principles of Tai Chi movement while learning the Yang Style 24 Short Form.
With consistent practice, the physical and mental benefits are numerous and include improved balance, core strength, joint mobility and stress relief due to the emphasis on proper breathing, relaxation and mindfulness of movement.
Tai Chi has been proven as the number one exercise for reduction of the risk of falls in older adults.
Tai Chi shoes and consistent attendance is highly recommended.
