To mark the Summer Solstice, we will gather and move together in a ritual combining yoga, music, mindful breathing, and deep rest – all to honor the sun. Weather permitting, we’ll be just outside our studio so we can feel the sun and breeze as we flow through gentle stretches, heart-opening and energizing poses, and several rounds of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutes) before a slow cool-down and sweet Savasana.
This will be both a form of purification–letting go of what no longer serves–and a space for setting new intentions. Join Alyson and Susan for this special yoga celebration honoring the longest day of the year!
