A Sacred Sound Bath With Garth!
Garth Roberston is returning for a Sacred Sound Ceremony on Friday, November 8th! His sound baths use a variety of global instruments including guitar, overtone singing, chimes, Tibetan Bowls, Quartz bowls, flute, gong, frame drum, tuning forks and didgeridoo. This is truly a journey through the senses and elements which will leave you feeling both grounded and expansive. If you’ve never experienced a Sound Bath before, jump in and join us!

Inversions & Arm Balances!
Loretta Jo leads a Yoga Pose Lab Practice~ This class is an extended practice session with a focus on the power of inversions and arm balances – coupled with opportunities to move into more advanced postures/asana — along with mantra, pranayama and meditation.
A workshop enabling students an effective means to enhance their yoga practice and personal development. These classes give students a chance to practice poses they may not have the chance to explore fully during a regular group class.
*Vinyasa flow sequencing, themes, advanced postures and more including alignment tips & cues will be provided for each pose.
This class is open to all students and yoga teachers and combines practice, lecture and discussion (Q&A) and may include Mantra, Mudra and Mythology. Students are encouraged to ask questions and explore their physical, mental and spiritual practice.

Yoga Fundamentals!
Looking to revisit the Fun-damentals of the Practice of Yoga? Join Loretta Jo and learn breathwork, meditation, poses/asana (including pose alignment, guidelines, options, alternatives) and more.
This class is geared towards students who wish to try yoga for the first time and/or have just begun to practice. Wanting to learn more about asana alignment?

Practice begins with a short meditation, breath work and “Awakening Sequences” followed by ‘how-to’ instruction on pose set up / pose transitions with alignment suggestions, modifications and guidance that are unique to and best for you! Feel confident.

Gin has over 20 years of experience in coaching and bodywork, and offers a powerful integrative approach to healing and growth that incorporates somatic body awareness.

Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, holds secrets to feeling balanced and well in every season. Add the magic of Somatic Movement and you can develop daily rituals to balance your health & maintain wellbeing.
In this workshop, you’ll learn Ayurvedic principles and practice gentle Somatic Movement to counter the impact of Autumn and Winter & harmonize your mood and seasonal receptivity! Take home tools to beat the winter blues and maintain healthy energy!
